We highly suggest you please read important information regarding our policies before placing an order.

Our products are either Made-To-Order or Ready-To-Ship. Due to this, expect to receive multiple, separate packages from us if you order multiple items. You will be sent a different tracking number for each individual item as they are being shipped. It will be specified on the product's description how many days it needs for it to be made/processed or in how long it will be shipped.

The item I ordered doesn't fit, can I get my money back? 

All sales are final, no returns/exchanges.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through direct checkout or PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

The item I wanted is sold out is it going to be back in stock? 

You may contact us about the specific item you're interested in with the product's name/ picture and we'll let you know if and when it's going to be back in stock.

Help! My package hasn't arrived!

If an item doesn't arrive within 5-10 working days of you receiving a notification of dispatch email from us, you may track your order with the tracking number provided by us. If there is an issue, shoot us an email. For international orders, allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

I don't live in the US, do I have to pay taxes / import duties? 

The buyer is responsible for paying all taxes / import duties at customs in their country.
